Return & Exchange Policy

At Dayyar Premium, we aim to provide high-quality and authentic perfumes. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, returns and exchanges are only accepted under certain conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item arrived damaged or leaking

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The perfume must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • All seals, labels, and accessories must remain intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products without original packaging

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Requests made after the allowed time period

Exchange Process

If your request is approved, we may replace the item with the same product or provide store credit for your next purchase.
